Specialty Pet Store, Healthy Paws, Re-Opens in Bend's Northwest Crossing
Bend, Oregon, Febraury 18, 2009 –- Healthy Paws, a specialty pet store in Bend, Oregon, is now open again in the NorthWest Crossing neighborhood center. The store, which closed in December due to water damage from a burst sprinkler pipe in its building, opens again today with new inventory and a slightly new look.
“We are very grateful for the support and compassion we received when the store temporarily closed from our customers and residents of NorthWest Crossing,” said David Bolam, who owns the Bend, Oregon pet store with his wife Michelle. “This is a great community to work and live in.”
During the extremely cold weather in December, the building that houses the pet store and several other businesses suffered a broken pipe. Repairs from water damage are finished at Healthy Paws and portello winecafe, and construction is nearing completion at neighboring businesses also housed in the building.
Healthy Paws is located in NorthWest Crossing’s neighborhood center at 2754 NW Crossing Drive. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Wednesday & Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and closed on Sunday. http://www.healthypawsbend.com
