ProSIM becomes an ISO 9001-2008 Certified Company.
ProSIM, (www.pro-sim.com) a Bangalore based R&D and engineering services company, has got ISO 9001-2008 certification from M/S DAS (Direct Assessment Service, UK). The certification includes UKAS quality management procedure.
ProSIM has been following high levels of internal quality management practice for the delivery of its design, analysis, and design verification projects. Dr Shamasundar, Managing Director ProSIM said, “having ISO 9001 certification gives a sense of comfort to our clients from Europe or USA. Otherwise, the in-house quality practice of ProSIM has been very robust and intensive”.
ProSIM has been working in the areas of design, design verification, design optimization, virtual prototyping and virtual testing for a variety of industry verticals. These verticals include automotive (power train, steering systems, suspensions, chassis systems), aerospace (wing structures, landing gear, landing clap, turbine blade, turbine disc, air intake, etc), energy (wind mill – blade, tower, transmission; power plants), general manufacturing, off-shore structures etc.
