The fault locator is an ideal tool for examining all kinds of patch cords, ribbon or bunched pigtails and for installing and maintaining fiber optic networks. The visual fault locator is commonly used in fiber optic networks, telecom maintenance and CATV maintenance.
This advanced visual fault locator features a rugged design, universal connector and accurate measurement and supports end-to-end fiber identification and mechanical fusion splice optimization. This compact locator provides measurement ranges of up to 5km and detects breaks and micro-bends even through jacketed fibers.
