Monitor Audio Airstream 10 radio debuts at The Gadget Show Live

Those lucky visitors who managed to buy a ticket for last weekend’s Gadget Show Live at the NEC, Birmingham were rewarded with a show full of cutting edge technology & a sneak preview of some of the products set to make the headlines over the next few months.
The Gadget Show Live 2009 was deservingly sold out with 30,000 visitors making the trip to the Midlands to see all that’s best in one show.
One product attracting a huge amount of attention was the Airstream 10 radio on display for the first time from Monitor Audio. The Airstream 10 due to be on sale from mid June 2009 has a multitude of amazing features including FM, DAB, and Internet radio packed into one of the audio world’s most strikingly designed products.
Michael Johnson, marketing manager at Monitor Audio said, “We’ve done our very best to combine a beautiful design with a number of versatile user functions to make AirStream 10 a radio that looks & sounds every bit as good as we had hoped.” He added, “The public response to Monitor Audio has been phenomenal over the last three days.”
Visitors to The Gadget Show were also delighted by the fabulous look and superb sound of Monitor Audio’s new Radius R270 HD12 system that was also on display. This system was further enhanced by the seismic presence of the thunderous AW-12 active subwoofer.
