Fresh 2 Order (f2o), an innovative restaurant concept that fuses quality American cuisine, gourmet fresh ingredients and fast service has opened its first location in Chattanooga, TN. The Chattanooga store is the fifth location but the first to open outside of metro-Atlanta. The upscale, fine-casual restaurant boasts cuisine for around $10 in less than 10 minutes.
F2O, short for Fresh 2 Order, is focused around the concept that fresh, wholesome and creative meals don’t have to be accompanied by an expensive price tag and lengthy wait. Through a straightforward menu and fresh ingredients prepared daily, Fresh 2 Order (f2o) is committed to transforming ‘simple’ to ‘special’ all at a price that will leave change in your pocket and a smile on your face. Freshness and quality are the pillars of the concept with no pre-prepared sliced meats; everything is cooked on the grill in the open display kitchen to ensure that customers will get it fresh, get it fast, and get it fine during their dining experience at Fresh 2 Order (f2o).
“I’ve always been convinced that just because food is served quickly does not mean that it should lack in quality,” said Pierre Panos, owner of Fresh 2 Order. “We’re all looking for a restaurant that can provide fresh, wholesome and satisfying meals at the right price without spending hours dining out. I’m excited to bring a solution to Chattanooga in Fresh 2 Order.”
Pierre Panos is well-versed in the Atlanta Restaurant scene. He is responsible for some of the area’s most well-known concepts in the city including the Brookwood Grill and Stoney River. His managing partner and Fresh 2 Order corporate chef Jesse Gideon worked with Panos to develop the menu and is responsible for day to day operations. Panos and Gideon recognized the need for a dining alternative that was both fast and fresh and affordable, thus the concept of Fresh 2 Order was born.
The menu uses only the best ingredients from beginning to end. From the lettuce and vegetables to proteins and sauces, Fresh 2 Order offers a fresher and exciting dining alternative. The ingredients look and taste different from other Restaurant – because they are.

• Famous Salads that feature hand-selected lettuces, unique dressings made in-house and protein additions, such as apricot miso calamari, seared tofu and almond rosemary crusted tuna steak.

• Amazing Panini Sandwiches like Grilled Salmon BLT, Vegetable Panini and Pork Panini with sweet mash aioli.
• Long Plates that include Bourbon steak with garlic cheese grits and braised greens, Brown Sugar Roasted Pork Loin with sweet mash and apricot chutney and Fire Grilled Salmon with Black bean orange sauce and Wheat Berry rice. In addition to the above, the Executive chef prepares creative After 5 specials.
