Grants’ Landlords of 15 years join in opening celebration

Grants, which became part of the Leaders Group just over a year ago, have had their office branded and refurbished in line with the distinctive Leaders’ branding, which has been successful and easily recognisable to thousands of landlords and tenants across the South East for more than 26 years.
The event was well attended and local football hero Keith Scott carried out the ribbon cutting ceremony. Amongst the guests were some of Grants’ first ever landlords, Paul and Rachel Cogger, who have been successfully letting their properties continuously with Grants for 15 years. They brought with them to the grand opening a letter that Grants’ branch manager Paul Kingham, had written to them in 1994 about letting their first property!
Says Paul: “Having Paul and Rachel at our opening made the event particularly special as they sum up what our business is all about – building long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants by providing a high quality, personal and friendly service. We were delighted that they, and everyone else who attended, could join us to celebrate our fantastic new office.
