Insurance Broker Network Appoints Gary Griffith as Chairman of its Board of Directors
March 24, 2008 -- WBN, Ltd., also called the World Broker Network, is the largest privately owned international insurance broker network, with sixty two member companies, in fifty six countries. WBN, Ltd. members collectively placed over thirty four billion dollars of insurance premiums into the global insurance markets in 2007.
Griffith, who is also Chairman and CEO of Apex Global Partners, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, has been a member of the WBN Owners Council since 1996, and a member of its Executive Committee for the past six years.

Also appointed to executive positions within WBN's Board of Directors were Damien Honan, Honan Insurance, Melbourne, Australia, as Vice- Chairman, and Neil Morrison, HKMB, Toronto, Canada, as Treasurer.
As a highly successful insurance broker network, WBN is currently expanding its distribution and member network in Eastern Europe, South America and the Asia Pacific regions.
