Wilmington, Delaware Attorney Matthew M. Carucci is celebrating his 5th year of practicing law in Delaware. Mr. Carucci, a partner at Carucci Butler LLC, passed the Delaware Bar in 1994 shortly after receiving his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. At Carucci Butler Mr. Carucci focuses his practice on areas of law such as, but not limited to, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Guardianships, Civil Litigation, Real Estate and Business Formation. When Mr. Carucci first began his legal career he worked for a law firm in Wilmington Delaware before becoming a solo practitioner. In June 2008 he formed Carucci Butler with Wilmington, Delaware Attorney Amy Butler. When asked about the future of his career practicing law in Delaware he remarked: 'I am very grateful to have the opportunity to help Delawareans throughout the entire state with their Estate Planning, Civil & Business Law needs .
