Triphala for Colon Cleansing
|
|
|
Colon cleansing should be done using herbal supplements because they are not harmful to the body, have been proven to work over time, and are completely safe to take. In some cases, such as if you have a chronic disease, or are pregnant, you should consult with a physician before beginning any new treatment and this includes colon
The first common misconception that we would like to correct is that using an enema is a useful colon cleansing technique. Enemas are not colon cleansers. They are designed to alleviate the occasional bout of constipation. They do not cleanse the colon. What an enema does do is agitate the bowel when the water is flushed in. This will promote a bowel movement, but does very little to remove the built up debris in the colon.
The debris in the colon is made up of many years worth of undigested food. Some experts estimate there may be as much as ten pounds of debris in the average person's colon. This debris can be flushed out of the colon using an all natural herbal supplement, but will not be removed by using an enema.
Another common misconception about colon cleansing is that a diet or fast will assist in cleansing the colon. Colon cleansing can assist in weight loss, but dieting will not cleanse the colon. The fasts many celebrities use are commonly thought of colon cleansing, but in fact they can be harmful to the body. While it is true many of us could drop a few pounds fasting is a dangerous way to go about it.
Triphala for Colon Cleansing - In a survey conducted worldwide, Triphala was considered the most excellent colon cleanser in the world. All three herbs in Triphala are laxative in nature and very useful in removing toxins. Colon cleansing is an very old and proven practice for rejuvenating the body. Colon cleansing helps to detoxify and clean decayed food residues and other toxic substances accumulated in the intestines walls. This not only gets rid of constipation, hemorrhoids, parasites, flatulence, acne, dreadful breath and foul body but also prevents colon cancer. Colon cleansing also helps to alleviate headaches, irritability, and depression.
Triphala, formulated by Ayurvedic physicians thousands of years ago and it used by literally billions of people since, is considered the most efficient and safest laxative and colon tonic by most health care practitioners. Where other colon formulas are exhaust, Triphala is mild, non-habit forming, and a rejuvenative. It improves the absorption of food in intestines particularly in the duodenum where most chemical digestion takes place. Triphala also helps to stimulate different gastric enzymes that help to convert complex food into more easily digestible form. More over Triphala encourage the peristaltic action of the intestinal lining (due to its anthroquinones and other bitters) that also aids in proper movement of food at diverse levels of the digestive tract. it is also helpful in making the stool loose there by facilitation the easy evacuation of the bowel. While triphala is rather laxative to many people due to the anthoquinones, the balance of tannins naturally present hasa toning effect. In vitro have also shown that triphala is mortal to a variety of gastrointestinal pathogens, including the bacteria such as Salmonella typhii, Shigella, Klebsiella and Pseudomonas, and fungi like Candida albicans.

Discover the true meaning of yoga With Swami Ramdev
|
|
|
In taking any modern yoga class, you will find parallels to ballet. Like ballet, the promise of poise, grace and flexibility encourages much interest. Yet if yoga is like any other exercise, it is only at first glance. Underneath the coveted health and fitness benefits of modern yoga practice are the roots of a great spiritual tradition blending cultures and religions.
Asanas urge us to see our body as divine, and to nurture health in this mortal temple. Yogic adepts understand that their body is flawed, however slender and toned it may look externally. This acknowledgement leads to less judgement of others bodies. However pleasing to the eye a yogis shape may be, the same vedic texts that encourage the practice of yoga for health, also remind us that true liberation comes from being free of the cycle of rebirth-free of the physical form.
Yogic postures work in contrast to the western notion of exercise. Here we see exercise as an end, such as an end to overweight and fatigue. Yoga is different. While in most forms of exercise the physical results are the sole goal, in yoga the soul is the goal. The ancient tradition of yoga exercise stands apart in its doctrines. The ancient yoga texts insist that the mind and spirit are more important than the physical body. While many other eastern forms of mind-body fitness also encourage this awareness, no other physical practice has the ultimate goal of union with the divine. In yoga, the process of attaining this union is as important as the actual attainment.
Yoga practice is not a means to an end. It is an end in of itself. Even distinguished from vedas and sutras, the modern practice of yoga posture is a beautiful and calming pursuit. Though modern yoga practice makes little mention of the scriptures that it is based on, the experience of union and compassion can be woven into each pose. In doing this we are enhancing more than our practice, we are improving our life.
Yoga With Swami Ramdev
Swami Ramdev Born in year 1974 also known as Baba Ramdev is in fact an Indian Hindu swami and an passionate admirer of Swami Vivekananda and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. It is an end in of itself. Even distinguished from vedas and sutras, the modern practice of yoga posture is a beautiful and calming pursuit His yoga teaching sessions are great for the masses and so free for all. His stated main principle in life that is to be of help to all casts members. How to Slow Down the Rate of Aging
|
|
|
Yes that's right! You can slow down the rate at which you age. Many tend to think that we have a fixed lifespan which cannot be adjusted however, there is a variability to lifespan and it is regulated by Insulin.
In centenarian studies, they have found that there was nothing in common with these people except for the fact that they all had low sugar, low triglycerides and low insulin. The single indicator for lifespan is insulin and the sensitivity to it. If your cells are not sensitive to this hormone, it's levels go up and stay up. Now you have what we call insulin resistance.
Whenever you expose your cells to insulin they become more resistant. The idea here is to control and balance your hormone levels which will keep our cells constantly reacting.
How can we do this?
We first need to take a look at what we are eating when it comes to carbohydrates. Something I learned from Dr Ron Rosedale was that carbohydrates are all the same, there is no difference between complex and simple carbs, they're all the same. Are they fiber or non fiber, this was the key ingredient to look for. Fiber slows down the absorption of sugar and a non fiber doesn't.
If you are going to eat food that has no fiber it is going to turn into sugar. It surges insulin and everytime you do this you become exposed to more of it and then you eventually become resistant to it. Keeping in mind that the aging process is not the only thing you have to worry about, it's all the other chronic factors that come with it like Diabetes, Cancer, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease, PH imbalance(acidity/alkalinity which is the predictor for disease.
So what you want to do is keep the high fiber foods(carbs) into your daily eating regime and dramatically reduce or even better eliminate all other forms. Protein and fat should never be reduced. You can live without carbs but you cannot live without protein and fat.
Here are some high fiber carbs:
Peas, Cauliflower, Dried Beans, Green Beans, Pysilium husk, Ground flax seed
Incorporating these foods and eliminating the ones I mentioned above will balance and keep insulin levels down.
Eliminating or choosing the right foods will save you from disease, keep you living longer, looking younger, keep your skin healthy, improve your energy levels and just about every other negative thing you can think of.
Shahnaz shaface (herbal facial skin conditioner)
This is a herbal preparation in powder form that has been empowered with the goodness of badaam (almonds), chandan (sandalwood) and various other herbs that make it very prized. It helps in deep cleansing of your skin along with providing it with the shining and lust. It also helps in tightening of skin and also helps in opening of the closed pores and blemishes it. it is also useful in treating the opened pores, pigmentation, marks, scars, wrinkles, dehydration and tanning of skin due to sunlight and exposure to heat.

How to Increase Women's Libido
|
|
|
There are many simple, but yet very effective ways in how to increase women's libido. Many come free or have a minimal cost. Here are just a few to start with. A female libido enhancer made for a woman, and taken orally, may be all that is needed for an increased libido in a woman.
These can also come in the forms of creams, lotions and gels to be applied topically, just to name a few. These can easily be purchased over the counter or on the internet without a prescription. There are many natural libido enhancers around, but what might be right for one person, may not work for another. Some enhancers may give a boost in this area, while others may totally flop.
Another thing a women can do to throw an increase into her libido, is to make healthier choices when eating, and getting a good exercise routine down. Let's face it. Not only does exercise and good eating habits increase our physical well being, but gives us mental clarity, something we can all give to our libidos. We just feel better in general when we do these things. Keeping our stress levels in check will also give our libidos one up. We can function much better when we don't have things eating at us, which is a big no no when in the bedroom.
If you and your partner are comfortable with using sexual enhancement toys, these can be very beneficial. There is a wide variety of these enhancements on the market, and can be purchased inexpensively and discreetly. They can even been used in conjunction with the creams, lotions and gels to increase their effects. Many of the oral and topical enhancements mentioned here are made with herbs or have herbs in them, so do your research on what herbs to you want to consider taking for enhancement. These ideas fall on the side of physical realm. Know that there are things that can be done that call on the psychological side too.
For many women communication to their partner is all they need to increase their libidos. Finding out what works with you and your body, and letting your partner know can increase a woman's drive considerably. Simple things that a woman's partner can give her, can make a big difference in driving her libido up. Things such as, a stable relationship, learning to give intimacy without sexual overtones and just being there emotionally can work for the benefit of increased libido.
Developing a relationship with a partner that is nurturing on many levels and, is by far the best known way to increase women's libido. Someone making you feel wanted makes all the difference in the world and it can't be bad for the libido either. Everyone knows that the more spontaneous intimacy is, the better. But, knowing that intimacy will take place at certain times around the woman's monthly cycle can give a natural nudge to libido enhancement. A window of a few days before a woman's cycle begins, there is an increase in libido. Women can't always be guaranteed themselves that intimacy will take place during these times, but when it does, you can know that there will be an added bonus.

|
RNCOS has recently added a new Market Research Report titled, “Saudi Arabian Healthcare Market Forecast to 2012” to its report gallery. According to the report the Saudi Arabian healthcare market is witnessing rapid growth and will continue to expand exponentially in future. The country’s rapidly increasing population, due to which demand is outpacing supply, can be regarded as the main push for the market. And as the incidences of a number of lifestyle diseases, such as obesity, diabetes and hypertension, in the country amongst the highest in the world, these will significantly boost the healthcare spending in future.
Government plays a central role in providing healthcare services in the kingdom, accounting for around 75% of the total healthcare spending in the country. The government accounted for 67% of the total hospitals and 77% of the total hospital beds in the country in 2006. The government expenditure on healthcare, however, is increasing faster than its total income; as a result, government may resort to cost cutting measures in future.
The report says that due to increasing pressure on the public healthcare system, the government is rapidly promoting the involvement of private healthcare in the country. So big investment will be seen from the private sector in the forecasted period, and according to our estimates, the private sector will account for 62% for all new beds installed during 2006-2012.
However, slump in crude oil prices due to economic recession can hit the nation’s economy. But the fast diversification of the country’s economy into other sectors will provide it a buffer against the severe impact of economic turmoil.
