Millionaire Habit 1 - Always Exceed Expectations
|
|
|
wealthThose people who always exceed expectations are known as Value creators and they end up as the rich and wealthy of our society. If they are paid $3,000, they will work as if they are being paid $20,000. If they are expected to generate $10,000 worth of profits, they will create $30,000 worth of value! They are called value creators because they create value for companies. It is through their efforts, that the company makes more and more profits every year. As a result, their income is not considered an expense to the company, but a great investment.
Even in periods of downturns, when everyone else is getting retrenched and pay cuts, they get pay increases, bonuses and stock options. The company knows that for every dollar they invest in them, they will return triple the value. These people are the high flyers who get promoted super fast and get their incomes doubling and tripling in a few years.
In the past, income was based mainly on seniority and loyalty. The longer you stayed, the more you were valued. In today's world, income is based entirely on the amount of value you can create. It is not uncommon to see people who are much younger, with a lot less experience directing businesses and earning lots more than senior workers who have been with the company a lot longer.
Value creators are indispensable assets to their company! They are very hard to replace. And that is why companies will pay them more and more and offer them partnerships to retain them. Value creators are never out of a good job. They are usually head hunted by other companies all the time, the head hunters offering to double their income if they join them.
This habit does not just apply to employees, it applies to anyone from sports stars to business owners. When Michael Jordan was interviewed and asked how he became the world's greatest basketball player, he replied, "I expect more from myself than anyone would ever expect from me!" When my coach expects me to train three times a week, I would train five times. When my coach expects me to score 15 points for each game, I would score 36 points! That is why I am the best in the world".
Do more than anyone expects of you and you will find the river of success flow like an never-rending stream into your life. Cultivate this habit now and you will start to see results immediately.

Blogertize.in - A low cost solution for budding bloggers worldwide
|
|
|
Blogging is the new baby of marketing; Advertising is the cost that one doesn’t want to bear to raise this baby. Blogging for dollars seems to be the latest craze to hit the Internet and that’s what inspired Dushyant Bhatia, a 23 year old internet entrepreneur from India to come up with www.blogertize.in. Blogertize, as the name suggests, is a platform for budding bloggers to advertise their blogs. Launched on Sep 01, 2008, the site is open for all the bloggers/forums worldiwide to rent pixel buttons for a 3 year period by paying a one time charge as low as $15. The website is categorized into 12 segments namely sports, technology, health, politics, finance, gaming, education, showbiz, travel, life, literature and social responsibility. All the pixel buttons in social responsibility can be booked by the NGOs and social service organization worldwide free of cost on first come first serve basis.
Blog marketing is powerful and effective but unlike big businesses/corporates, not all bloggers can afford to spend a huge chunk on advertisements. The truth is most bloggers don't have that kind of money to spend on marketing, so what can be done? Either wait for the traffic to grow organically, auction off advertising space on ebay, try different income streams like adsense, donations, text link ads etc. Search Engine Advertising is becoming more costly and media is getting very expensive and advertising for small/medium businesses and online hobbyists is not easy.
Blogertize seems to have found a simplified solution that caters to the needs of these leisure pursuits. The idea seems to have clicked given the fact that around 25-30 odd buttons worth $2,000+ covering almost all the segments have already been reserved within the first week following the company’s launch. The site is planning to launch its forum by the end of November which would not be limited to a particular topic/subject but would be a place where anything and everything could be discussed.
This one of a kind forum is likely to encourage the empowerment of its members by providing them with a rich access to information and resources. i.e. A member who’d like to keep himself/herself updated about the latest in the tech circuit could sign up for the monthly tech newsletter, the content of which will be provided by the bloggers advertising with the site. The link to the blog from where the content has been extracted would also be mentioned in the newsletter.
So if one is seeking loyal readers with whom to share thoughts, opinion and experiences or is looking for ways to increase ad revenue – www.blogertize.in could be a fine investment.

What are Collection Attorneys and Collection Agencies?
|
|
|
Approximately all business has run into financial trouble at one time or another. And as a creditor, you possibly wish for the greatest for companies or customers that owe you money. But you have a business to run. You can not sit around and wait for your customers business to improve. After all, your own business is at stake, if all your accounts go unpaid, your business will be in trouble. This is where collection attorneys and collection agencies come in.
What are the Differences between Collection Attorneys and Agencies?
Like collection attorneys, all agencies are a little different. Some specialize in certain industries or certain kinds of debt, while others are large national agencies that deal with debt of all types. What actually sets collections agencies and collections attorneys apart is the action they take to collect debt. Collection agencies basically take the same sort of action against debtors that you would, they simply take the work out of your hands.
What really makes collections agencies worth working with, however, is their ability to do collections much more efficiently than you would. These agencies have specialized software and phone systems that help to smooth the collections process and make it nearly automatic. First, letters will go out to your debtors, warning them of nonpayment. Next, the collections agency will make phone calls if debt is ignored. All of this is scheduled and automated by the collections agency, and it works particularly well for smaller, more numerous debts. But what about collections attorneys?
Collection attorneys are generally more successful than collections agencies, and are a good choice for companies that need (or may need) to take legal action against their debtors. Collection attorneys know debtor and creditor law, and are in a position to show a debtor the true consequences of non payment. They are the best collections assistance to have on your side for large debts. If a debt is large enough that you are willing to take a debtor to court over it, you will need a collections attorney.
In common, most companies start working with collection agencies first, and pass the account over to collection attorneys when an agency can not get the debt collected. If you do find you have to turn to a collections attorney, be sure to take the time to find the right one for your company. Before hiring, ask all potential collection attorneys for a client list to prove their experience, and remember that choosing the best collections attorney would not be based on their price or the percentage they take, instead, choose the attorney whose experience most excellent fits your business… and your debtors.
Commercial Collections Agency understands the in an outs of choosing the right collection attorneys for the right business. For more information, please visit our homepage or contact us via our contact page.

Get to the Point –Ebooks!
|
|
|
Developing an Ebook you need to know that Ebooks do not have to be the same length as usually published books. You can, in fact, develop an Ebook to any length you desire. Your Ebook can be chapbook length to an industrial epic, the choice is yours.
One of the more common lengths for knowledge-based Ebooks is 10,000 – 20,000 words. This is less than half the length of many traditional manuscripts.
I suppose one of the primary reasons for the abbreviated length is that for many niche subjects it can be counter productive to include irrelevant information in an effort to only add length to the manuscript.
Ebooks often cut to the chase by striking at the heart of a topic and allowing that topic to be developed in a compact frame that helps the reader not only get through the details, but also allows them to get through the information more rapidly so they can use the provided information more quickly.
Ebooks are often held to a different standard than traditional books. No-nonsense customers who want practical ways to gain a new level of proficiency on a topic of interest often purchase Ebooks. The subject could be fishing skills, online marketing or one of another thousand topics. The niche nature of Ebooks makes that possible.
The downloads are easy, the cost is less expensive than a typical book and the end result is a concise publication that helps you move forward more quickly in an area of interest. Men may find Ebooks a good alternative to reading. Since most guys prefer doing something to reading something the concise nature of Ebooks allows them to learn something and then go apply what they know with the least amount of downtime.
Of course, Ebooks also come in other interesting flavors including novels and children’s books. You see, Ebooks are flexible and can be fashioned in practically any ideal or target demographic you might have in mind.
I know of writers that will write 40,000-80,000 word manuscripts for publication, but for the most part manuscripts of this length are not the standard in most Ebook downloads.
Perhaps one of the reasons for the more concise nature of Ebooks has to do with an odd phenomenon. You see, when it comes to reading on the computer it isn’t long before there is eye strain that forces you to take time away from the computer. The quicker an Ebook gets to the point the better for the Ebook owner.
Most of us aren’t adept at reading lengthy documents on a computer screen so Ebook content needs to be very clear, helpful and pointed.
Just like online content you should work to make your Ebook scan able by using bullet points so your reader can skim for pertinent information they may find precious.
Ebooks are a good answer to the speedy paced life most of us lead as well as making economic sense for cost-conscious consumers. Have a point, make a point and allow your readers to ‘get’ the point – and then do something with it.

MLM Success Secret – Properly Setting Goals to Achieve Ultimate MLM Results
|
|
|
Goal setting is something that is often talked about as very important, but most people don’t know how to effectively set goals or get the results that goals can provide. Setting goals properly is one of the best kept MLM secrets to achieving ultimate results.
The first mistake, especially with goals in MLM, is that many of us think that we have our goals clearly defined in our head. The problem with this is that if you believe this, then you are probably misleading yourself. In fact, in classes that I have taught, when asked to write out goals on paper, most people (who say that they have goals) are completely stumped.
It’s easy to believe that you have something clear in your mind, but if you can’t write it out in 1 or 2 sentences, then you need to get more precise about exactly what you want to achieve.
Here’s a comparison that I once heard:
Goals are like buying a plane ticket. If you walk up to the ticket window and ask for a plane ticket, the person at the window will ask, “Where would you like to go?”
If your answer sounds something like, “Just somewhere nice and sunny. Maybe a place with some mountains or an ocean where my family and I can relax.” Then you are in trouble.
The person at the window will have NO IDEA where you’d like to go- and neither do you. You’d never plan a trip without knowing exactly where you’d like to end up- so why wouldn’t you plan your goals the same way?
So, in goal setting, it’s of primary importance to be clear about your intentions, and exactly what type of result you want to achieve. Here is a goal setting checklist of things that will help you achieve ultimate MLM results:
1- The goal must be tangible, countable, or measurable. If you can’t count it, weigh it, or measure it in specific numbers or time, then it’s not tangible enough.
2- Your MLM goal must be believable. If you don’t believe that you could ever achieve your ultimate MLM result, then start with something smaller.
3- You need a time table. Deadlines get results, so if you don’t have a completion date defined, it will undermine your efforts by allowing you to procrastinate.
4- Write your goal down on paper. If you don’t have written goals for your MLM, then you are wasting your time. To reach your ultimate result, your goals must be written.
There are dozens of books, tapes, and seminars all about goal setting, but if you follow these 4 simple rules, you’ll be miles ahead of the pack. Remember, the secret to getting ultimate MLM results is properly setting and following through on goals.
